Nancy Lucas, age 86, of Palm Harbor, passed away October 23, 2022. She was born December 19, 1935 in Providence, RI to John and Frieda Petas. She is survived by her loving family. No public services are scheduled at this time. A private sea committal will be performed. Arrangements are entrusted to International Cremation Services.
