Robert C. Vosper, age 92, of Brooksville, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2021 in hospice care. He was born on October 11, 1928 in Long Island, New York to the late Ralph and Mary (Meyer) Vosper. He will be dearly missed by his loving children, grandchildren, family, friends, and his beloved dog and best friend, Bingo.
